MEMPHIS, Tenn. — Golden State Warriors forward Jordan Bell has been suspended one game for “conduct detrimental to the team,” the Warriors announced Wednesday.
Bell will serve the suspension during Tuesday night’s game against the Memphis Grizzlies.
The suspension comes as a surprise given that Bell participated in the Warriors’ Tuesday night practice in Memphis and appeared to be in good spirits.
After a solid rookie season, Bell has struggled to find a consistent place in coach Steve Kerr’s rotation.
Bell is averaging 3.0 points and 2.7 rebounds a game this season.
