Despite Shane Duffy's first-half red card, Brighton scored twice with 10 men to defeat Crystal Palace 3-1 and claim all three points. Brighton & Hove Albion secured an emphatic 3-1 win over Crystal Palace in the Premier League on Tuesday despite having a man sent off in the first half.
