Wellington Phoenix were looking the goods against the top side before a VAR call shook things up and gave the Perth the tools to equalise in the late stages of the game.

Lowry was dismissed shortly after coming on as a second-half substitute when referee Adam Kersey was referred by VAR to view footage of a challenge by the central defender on Glory winger Chris Ikonomidis.
